Community
At Headlands Estate, Community means more to us than just homes next to each other. It means a sense of belonging; a sharing of similar values and appreciating similar things. Things like serenity, safety, a desire to get along and care about important things. That is why we have devoted almost all the coastline to the Community rather than letting a few people own it. There are lots of places for the community to meet with each other and enjoy our natural coastal beauty.

Connection
Connection comes in many forms at Headlands Estate. There is real connectivity with the ocean being situated so close to the coast and accessible by path networks and parks. We foster a connection with our Local Indigenous peoples and celebrate their culture through art in the form of mosaics and a Yarning Circle. We also have fast NBN broadband with fibre to the premises connections available.
Environment
Headlands Estate is 250 acres in size. It was an old quarry so around 130 acres of it is not suitable for houses. So we are going to re-vegetate it and turn it into a native forest. It will be known as Charlotte's Wood and will have walking paths through it. The first 20 acres will become reserve upon registration of the first Stage early in 2026. We are building and maintaining wildlife lists which we know will increase as the land regenerates. Be sure to check them out. And of course the path network will take you to the oceanfront where you will see whales passing in season.
Our Plans
Headlands Estate is a continuation of the hugely successful Bargara Headlands Estate. We have finished developing there for a few years and will now continue on creating blocks of land for sale to the West of Logan Road.
