We are passionate about the environment. This is evidenced by a number of things;

• The Headlands Green Wetlands treats storm-water before it hits the Southern Great Barrier Reef. This is water sensitive urban design (WSUD) in practice.
• Thousands of trees have been planted along Kalina Creek and Charlotte's Wood. Charlotte's Wood is potentially 130acres in size and is a project in itself. See more here
• We champion the use of Local Native Trees for landscaping and give everyone who buys a block a tray of natives from our local LandCare Nursery. 
• We are keeping lists of our local fauna. Check these out here
